My six year old has been wanting to experiment with temps and changes of matter, she loves this…but we can’t figure out the sound? It’s likely user error. How can we get assistance?

**Developer response:** Hi. Let's try a few things. There are lots of ways to turn off sound in iOS. We try to respect system settings, but many apps don't which can be confusing. 1. Make sure your iPad is not on hardware mute (on most ipads and phones it's a sliding button on the side that shows a bit of orange when it's in the mute position). Many apps don't respect this setting. 2. Make sure the volume is up. (use the hardware volume buttons on the side of the iPad/iPhone). 3. Make sure the sound isn't muted via the app. Touch the key on the side of the app, then the gear, then you should see a speaker). Make sure it's on. 4. Try the suggestions in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TnG4r_EyiUQ Several other folks with this issue said, that the video solved their problem, but they didn't tell us exactly which step! 5. Do a full reboot. This sounds like voodoo, but it works for many! Good luck! Let us know how it goes.

Not a whole lot to do, I kinda want a refund, but if you have a kid in primary school then this would work for them

I love this game because I’m into science but I have a suggestion. You could add the 4th state of matter which is plasma. You would be able to look at how plasma interacts with different things.

1. How if you add feature in some app like = 
 - The Human Body = Add a Cell & DNA to discover 
 - Mammals = Add a Cell and other animals like Insect & Fish
 - The Earth = Add Atmospheric Layer & Plate Tectonics 
 
2. Some ideas for new app=
 - Elements of the Periodic Table= There’s Element, Atoms, Nuclear, Radioactive, Molecules to discover and experiment.

- Transportations = There’s Tank, AAV, Jet, Car, Motorcycle to build & discover how it work.

To be honest I thought i would have more then just 4 or 5 bottles or whatever to play with matter plus u cant even put solid,liquid and gas together which makes it really boring and in general there’s not that much to do.

Uninstall. Restart iPad. Install. Restart iPad. Still doesn’t work. The same goes for all the tiny ops apps we have, we have 12 in total. Thoroughly disappointed.

This app and some others from tinybot have no sound.

Is this a reported issue?

**Developer response:** Hi! I'm so sorry - that sounds frustrating. To turn the sound on for States of Matter, please first make sure the sound is turned on on your device. Make sure that the side switch is in its up position (and is not revealing a red dot) and press the volume up button several times until you have reached maximum volume. Once you have done this, please turn the sound on from within the app. Press the settings icon towards the left side of the app. From here, you will be able to turn the sound on or off. If you are still having trouble, please email us at support@tinybop.com. Thanks!

I love the Tinybop States of Matter app! It's an amazing educational tool that makes learning about the different states of matter easy and fun. The graphics are visually stunning, and the interactive elements are engaging and informative. 

However, I would love to see Tinybop create an app that covers more topics in chemistry, such as chemical reactions, elements, compounds, and molecules. I think it would be an excellent addition to their educational lineup, and I'm sure their team would do a fantastic job creating it. Overall, I highly recommend the Tinybop States of Matter app, and I look forward to seeing more chemistry-related apps from them in the future.
