Currently, it turns green even when there are still items that have not been addressed, which makes it appear that everything is complete. We don’t find out what was missed until we try to clock out at the end of the shift. By then, we’re tired and just want to finish and go home, and having to go back and address the missing items is frustrating. Could you please change it so the assessment stays red until all required items have been completed? That way, we know right away that something is still missing and can address it before the end of the shift. ### 4/5 — Functional *2026-07-31, version 202.4.0* I have used Cubhub/ Statewise for over a year now. In that time, I have not encountered disruptions attributable to the tools alone that could not be worked around or remedied by methods such as updates/ IT interventions, contacting my leadership or modifying my device's settings. 99% of the time, things run smoothly and predictably. Quirks persist, such as time labels on interventions/ notes that "stick" on hours and minutes as I scroll, but nothing occurs that prevents me from doing what I set out to do. That issue in particular may have been addressed in the most recent update or it may just be an idiosyncrasy of my device . Thank you folks for doing what you do. ### 1/5 — Location is wrong *2026-07-28, version 202.3.1* I have been doing the same exact way to clock in for my shifts on the app now suddenly it's saying I am a mile and a half away clocking in when I absolutely was not. Yes, exact location is on. Apparently the company has had a lot of staff recently outside the location they should be to clock in, that sounds like an app issue to me. Also, LOGGING ON THE APP IS NOT CLOCKING IN and the app should not be recording my location for my clock in prior to hitting the clock in button!!! ****PLEASE FOR THE THIRD TIME REQUESTING, ADD THE DARK MODE OPTION FOR NIGHTSHIFT WORKERS.***** ### 3/5 — Finger pad ID *2026-07-21, version 202.3.0* Look …. Please fix the finger print sign in. Your app was great but now it’s a hassle to get signed in. A lot of people keep their password in the app to save time. Right ??? That was as busy Nurse they don’t have to put on a password every time. Well…… it’s not working . Please fix it. It’s been a hazel almost 2 weeks. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2026-07-21, version 202.3.0* Wow this app sucks. Everytime you submit a visit, it crashes. Stick with matrixcare lol. ### 1/5 — Winchester *2026-07-14, version 202.3.0* I give this app a negative five stars. Absolutely a mess. Whoever developed this was not a professional! ### 1/5 — startup app by unskilled people *2026-07-12, version 202.3.0* Apparently this is a rebrand of the cubhub app, go look at those reviews. Statewise is HORRIBLE. I completed an assessment and it deleted all of it. UPDATE 7/26- it still deletes my assessment if I’m logged out for too long, so I’m forced to do everything at the end of my shift No “clear” button under parent signature. UPDATE 7/26 this feature has been added Can’t clock out if parent doesn’t sign. All the text is nearly the same size, with no bolding, so there’s no distinction between headlines and body text. Everything runs together. UPDATE: Please change this. Change the color of the title and enlarge all font by 2 notches What else….pretty much everything is wrong so if I keep on going then I’ll just have to talk about every single option on this app. It’s not detailed at all. The med administration section is a nightmare. Can’t view past notes. Update 7/26: You can view past notes now Update: This part here is the worst thing I can’t stand about this app, when you go to clock out/sign on the final page, it blocks you saying “an intervention wasn’t completed”, for example. If an intervention isn’t completed it shouldn’t turn green after you fill only some of the information out on it. The font color should start at black, change to orange as you’re working in that section, and then green when completed. In my opinion, if you’re a person who just want to click click click to be done, then you’ll like it. If you’re a person who cares about your job, this isn’t for you. UPDATE 7/26 I do recognize the efforts of the developer and will erase and update my review as a whole once other important things are fixed ### 3/5 — I’m Neutral *2026-06-29, version 202.2.0* Most of the time, works quite well for me. It’s more janky on the weekends and has glitches here and there. Like tonight, one of my clients names isn’t showing up for me to add my hours. It might show up tomorrow though or I might have to make a call :/ ### 1/5 — Worst app and software for pediatric home health *2026-06-17, version 202.1.1* Constant glitches and will not allow logins after signing in for an eval on the phone. There’s no fixes at this time for it. Very disappointing out in the field.
