Easy to navigate through the app and it’s cool that they have set lineups or you can choose your team yourself!! Customer service is great as well. As it advertises, it is much more feasible to win on a regular basis than those other DFS apps because you only compete against the player you see listed, and can chose which contests to enter know what you’re up against. The transparency is to be applauded in my opinion. My only complaint is that the Graphical User Interface (GUI) is a bit awkward and clumsy and tends to bug out and crash on me at times, but they have definitely improved. Highly recommended for any sports fan that wants more excitement and a chance to win some extra cash! ### 5/5 — StatHero For the New Year *2023-01-01, version 2.0.2* My new year resolution is to stay with one fantasy sports platform. I have tried multiple sites but after competing with thousands of others, I have found success and enjoyment competing only against StatHero. I myself, being a statistician fantasy proclaimed guru, have had more success with this site. Not only fair contests , there is even to multiple times bets, the bonus coins add a new twist to the investor. If I have a problem or question I just reach out to their support team and I get an answer back right away. It’s easier to win because ur playing the house not other players. I highly recommend checking it out. Customer service is top notch. Granted the max bet on these is $5, but that’s significant. There’s an excellent mix of pick’ems and head to head matchups but my personal favorite are the survivor bets where you pick a different team and lineup each week and try to beat StatHero and the other players. Lots of fun and lots of opportunity to win! ### 5/5 — Fantasy betting *2022-10-08, version 2.0.2* Great app if you like to do player battles and fantasy based player props. They offer survivor as well which mean you pick your players against the house and see how many different rounds you can last with payouts at the end of each round. Kane ### 5/5 — Great Experience! *2022-01-17, version 1.9.16* Started playing here recently after many many years on other DFS sites. My experience on here has been much more enjoyable than on those other sites. The customer service has been fantastic and they have always responded promptly and positively. It is much more fun playing this way than having to consume so much time setting daily rosters and constantly having to keep up with news and making swaps seconds before lineups lock. The variety of game types on here also makes for a better experience. Not having to deal with the huge shark advantage also makes this more fun day in and day out. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Potential Scam *2022-09-17, version 2.0* I’ll be willing to change this rating if they respond and give me the rewards that I am owed. I won 6 of the Braves pick’em in a row. This would earn me Braves tickets, a signed item, a shirt, and a ticket discount. Not only is there no way for me to truly claim these items in the app, the support tam has not answered any of my emails trying to figure out how I can receive these rewards. Unless I receive these rewards I will be quitting this app and make sure that no one else ever uses it. ### 2/5 — Don’t quite have it all together *2022-04-05, version 1.9.30* With Fantasypros promoting and seeing ads about about deposit bonuses for 1st time users; I received messages that promotion s didn’t apply to first time deposits. After playing, the slates are very limited (only 2 for the NCAA basketball title game). Player pricing doesn’t make much sense (1 player priced so high that there’s nobody else offered cheap enough to pair with on a 2x2 slate?). The idea is alright, but the execution is no. I will stick to other DFS apps. ### 3/5 — Interesting; Good for what it is *2023-01-09, version 2.0.2* It is certainly an interesting take on fantasy sports. I personally find it is a bit limited in the type of games offered and in the games they do have, there is not much customization on the things you are able to wager on but it’s definitely different than other fantasy games and I’m sure they will expand. ### 3/5 — Enjoyable, but app and interface is so-so *2022-07-15, version 2.0* I actually enjoy the games and the concept behind them and have had no problems depositing or withdrawing money. However, using the app and the user interface takes away from the experience at times. Sometimes there’s live scoring, sometimes there’s not. Sometimes you can see how you’re doing in survival contests, sometimes you can’t. I feel like they just need some real users to tell them what works and what doesn’t and they’ll be set. ### 4/5 — Easy to use *2024-02-25* This platform is easy to use with minor glitches. Overall the support center makes it easy to deposit and withdraw money from your bank. Also they have sports that other sites do not offer which helped me to make my decision to go with their site. Overall head to head matches have been my favorite. ### 4/5 — Great customer service and Promos, hard to win *2023-12-06* Been playing DFS on and off for a few years. Stathero has some of the best promos for returning players out of all the DFS platforms. Most of it turns into free play money. I’ve found that throughout their different game modes, Stathero provides new and different ways to play DFS. It is fun but also very challenging to beat some of the lineups they submit on a weekly budget. Will continue coming back with their great promotional offers. ### 4/5 — Great Site *2022-12-20, version 2.0.2* Stat Hero is by far and away my favorite site. The Survivor Contests are fun and create a better sweat than DFS. The games are not perfect and recently the rate to convert bonus funds has changed to a point where the bonus coins are are barely worth 30 cents on a dollar. Aside from that, great place to play. ### 4/5 — Great fantasy sports app *2022-12-13, version 2.0.2* I heard about StatHero through the pick’em challenge with the Braves and when I won something they always gave me what I won. I also started to play fantasy with it and it is very easy to win, you just pick the winner and you win unlike the prize pool winners like FanDuel. Sound idea and concept...looking forward to trying this out. I read some of the reviews and can tell their are some newbies downloading this app...folks DFS games need to verify your age and location as it’s not permitted in some states! I understand the hesitation with a new game. They only asked for my last 4 digits of SSN. I’ve played many DFS games - be wary of the ones that don’t verify you!!! I always loved the idea of the thinking process behind Stat Hero. I honestly got so busy with work, I had forgotten to play for a while. But the actual "CFO" reached back out to me this year and pulled me back in with great customer service! Talk about your ordinary Guy reaching out to bring back customers like myself that just forgot. That's awesome! I will be spending a lot more time playing Stat Hero you can count on that. Thank you guys! ### 5/5 — Great App *2023-10-17* Stat Hero is amazing!! They are always giving 2-1, 3-1, and sometimes 5-1 or 10-1 odds. They also offer risk free bets that if you lose the bet all your money goes into bonus money that you can use. The customer service is top notch and best customer service of any of the betting sites. Super easy to withdrawal your money! I got over $250 reimbursed after I lost it due to inactivity when a rep reached out to me. Most places just take your money and run, but this app has a lot of modes and tons of chances to win.
