I just needed a loop of white noise for a project (don't ask). This was just what I was looking for, and the best part was that I could exit the app or lock my phone and it would keep playing so my battery didn't die. I use it to relax and fall asleep. The static is consistent and soothing. The only problem I have is that you can't turn it off from the locked screen the way you can with iTunes. The pause shows up, but it doesn't do anything. A minor hassle.
