There are I think only 5 Elizabeth line station maps. Such maps are to some essential.

Please could the developer make it easier to figure out the process? I find it confusing! Do I start with the tube line I am going on, then the station I am getting off at and where I want to go next? Sorry but some indications of what to do would be really useful please! Happy to change my rating to 5 star if you add some instructions! Thank you!

I love this app. It’s essential for time-saving and getting about the Tube; especially during rush hour. BUT there has been a lot of change in the underground since the last release so a lot of the platform info isn’t quite right. It’s good now, but would be so much better with an update

I’ve had this app for years, it is a brilliant tool for navigating stations, working out where to get on a train to be near an exit etc. I agree that some of the 3D station maps are dated (where’s Elizabeth line on all stations and how to get to it from national rail, or the cut through to Moorgate at Liverpool Street). Overall it’s a great app and excellent tool for navigating especially at stations you don’t usually visit often

A lot of station maps are either out of date or non existent. Those maps are useful so please update them. You’ll get 5 stars when you do.

3-D version of the app for Victoria train station for the Victoria line has changed dramatically is there any chance this can be updated as when I turned up yesterday let me down one escalator round a passageway and then down another escalator just to get to the Victoria line and I came out at the far end north end of the Victoria line heading to Euston when quite awhile back used to be at the south end of the tunnel going to Euston.

Overall a fantastic and informative app to use, I just wish that TfL Rail / Elizabeth Line (when it opens) information was on here as well. Still, a very good app to use.

This is one of those rare apps that isn't just useful for journey planning, it's also a fascinating read. One of the best apps on my iPhone.

Hi guys, 

I had to return this as I bought it for the accessibility info, but some of it is out of date and confusing, which you can’t have when travelling in a wheelchair! (eg Tower Hill shown as not accessible on the platform breakdown, when it was made fully accessible nearly two years ago... it does say accessible at the top and it shows lifts but with no gap info and the platform breakdown saying no access, it isn’t helpful) It would be really good if it was up to date :)

I bought this to understand how to get from the entrances to certain platforms as quickly as possible. Maps have diagrams of platforms in a horizontal fashion then text mentions the south or north of these platforms? 

Including references to the numbers we see in the maps in the accompanying text would have made this so much easier to understand. The text refers to a specific staircase at the ‘south’ of this horizontal platform, but there’s a number of staircases showing on the map on this platform.

The whole point of this app is to be accurate and up-to-date and it frequently isn't; it seems abandoned, the developers are not responding to support emails either.

I tired to reach out to the dev but no reply. The tube exits don’t seem to be correct and difficult to read. I know this app has it all but with the wrong information it’s not useful sadly :( it could be great if this was fixed

Paid the £3.99 for this because of the simple exit map shown in the AppStore for Old Street. Sadly this feature is not available for many stations, like the ones where it would be most useful: London Bridge, Waterloo, Kings X St P, etc. That’s the only feature that would have made this app worth paying for, for me anyway.

The 3D maps are ok as far as they go, but you need to know the area around the station for them to be of any use, and for example the one for London Bridge shows Tooley St and Borough High St as being parallel at opposite ends of the station, when in fact they are at right angles, and join up right next to one of the Tube exits! So pretty rubbish really.

Also worth noting that the app refers to your built-in Apple maps system, which is famous for putting the label for underground stations in sometimes completely random locations, nowhere near any actual station entrance/exit.

If you travel with a buggy, luggage, wheelchair or a big dog you need to know whether stations on your journey have lifts or short flights of stairs or whether there is no access except by escalator. 
This tells you - and saves time and money. Love it.

This app is clear and concise, whilst being unbelievably detailed. It’s easy enough to navigate that I can get the info I need as the tube is pulling into the station. The only thing I’d add would be national rail stations within the city.
