Most of the time your taxi is only just dispatched at the time you’ve chosen to book meaning you could be waiting 10 mins + longer than what you need. Doesn’t recognise pick up address (so it’s mapping software is way out of date). Didn’t recognise two destination addresses either, which have been there since the year dot! Would you trust these to hold your card details?????? Nope!! Given up. ### 1/5 — Gone down hill *2025-11-30, version 37.1.0* The last few taxis i have booked have turned up late (with no apology) and in the last one i was overcharged. Usually £10 from my house into town. This time £13 but as i paid by apple pay before hand they didnt tell me. I can see why Uber is taking over. The guy on the phone was extremely rude. I would highly recommend using CITY taxis or Uber.
