Received this as a gift from Brother in law. 

Great concept. 

But can’t access anything backed up via the sd card slot. 

Been at this for 2 days now. 

Again. Great concept and looks like great build quality.

For my first week with this, I’ve had no problems at all. It just works. The only complaint is that it can be a bit finicky trying to find the right spot to do something, like connect to a VPN, but otherwise, I’ve been extremely impressed with the ease and reliability of it

App works very well very clean interface and easy to use.App works well on iPhone and other platforms.Makes backups so much easier.
Portable NAS drive is amazing.Reads SD card and works great and has exceptional battery life.
