## What is StationPace?

StationPace is a reviewable split planner for hybrid fitness racing — mixed running, work stations and timed transitions.

BUILD A CREDIBLE BUDGET
Enter a finish target and baseline pace. StationPace separates running, work and transition time, and warns when the target leaves an implausible work budget.

TRAIN THE SEQUENCE
Follow a progressive plan with compromised repeats, aerobic control, strength blocks and race-sequence rehearsals. The live workout timer stores every segment and survives locks, calls and relaunches.

REVIEW WHAT CHANGED
Compare target and actual splits, record effort and adjust one constraint at a time. The free tier includes the planning loop and three saved sessions. Pro adds the full plan, unlimited history, trends, substitutions and export.
