## What is StatsDash?

StatsDash puts your strength, bodyweight, and nutrition in one place — no clutter, no noise, just your numbers and your progress.

Track your lifts
> Log every set and watch your strength climb with clean progress charts. Bodyweight-aware exercises (like pull-ups) count your loaded weight correctly, and built-in strength benchmarks show how your lifts stack up.

Watch your weight trend
> Log your bodyweight and see the real trend over time — not just daily noise. Switch between pounds and kilograms anytime.

Log calories the easy way
> Point your camera at a nutrition label and StatsDash reads the calories for you — adjust the quantity and log it in seconds. Sync your active energy burned from Apple Health to see the full picture.

One dashboard for everything
> Your weight, lifts, and calories come together on a single dashboard so you always know where you stand.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4.0 — 2026-08-05

• Log food with your camera — snap your meal or a nutrition label and we'll break it into items with calories and macros.
• Log food by voice — just say what you ate, even several foods at once.
• Review before saving: edit names, calories, and macros, adjust quantities, or remove items.
• One-tap shortcuts for your most-logged foods, using your saved values every time.
• Typed food entries now split into multiple items too ("eggs, toast, and coffee").

### 1.3.1 — 2026-07-22

• Logging dumbbell exercises is now clearer — enter the weight of one dumbbell (per hand) and we'll do the rest.
• Search your exercises in the Lifts tab.
• Fixes and polish throughout.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-07-16

Log a workout from a photo

• Snap a photo of a handwritten log, a whiteboard, or a screenshot and StatsDash reads the exercises and sets for you — review, tweak, and save in a tap.
• New Barry's Run tracker: log your run distance per class and watch it climb over time (Lifts tab).
• Make it yours: hide Lifts or Calories in Settings if you only track one.
• See your workouts grouped by day.
• Fixes and polish throughout.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-07-16

New: Import your weight from a CSV

• Bring your weigh-in history into StatsDash from a CSV file — including MyFitnessPal data exports
• Tap Import on the Weight tab, choose your file, and confirm lbs or kg
• Dates you've already logged are skipped, so re-importing is always safe

### 1.1 — 2026-06-30

• New Ranks tab: leaderboards for every lift and sprint, with friends, names, and photos
• 15-Cal Sprint test for the Rower, Ski Erg, C2 Bike, and Assault Bike — timed to the tenth of a second
• Tap any chart point for the exact number, or flip charts to full-screen landscape
• Lifts now show both your all-time and latest strength rating
• Clearer chart dates, plus assorted fixes and polish
