Have tried to troubleshoot and have left posts on their feedback page in the app but no improvements. Ridiculous. ### 2/5 — ‘Syncing issues’ *2026-09-02* Unfortunately this app is just too inconsistent, every week there is syncing issues for Apple Music. Songs I skipped are counted MULTIPLE times, songs I listened to regularly, not even counted, my streams completely inaccurate. Albums I barely listened to suddenly become my most listened. Artists I listened to for MAX one song that week become my top artist because this app does not count my streams. I paid for premium and even after uploading my entire streaming history from Apple Music, it cannot count streams consistently. Apparently I listened to ZERO songs yesterday, even though I must’ve been listening to my playlist for at least three hours?? Recently it doesn’t log very many songs at all. I listen to music all day long while I work, but it shows that I have only listened to very few songs. It seems to monkey log songs outside of my most played genre of music. To say the least, my stats are not what they are supposed to be. So much for paying for the pro version! This app is so wildly inconsistent I couldn’t even recommend this app just for leisurely purposes. When the whole point of the app is broken then there’s no point to having it. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2026-08-08* Was working fine up until a few days ago now none of my streams from the apple music app are being updated. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Apple Music Doesn’t Sync Properly *2026-08-31* They have a warning up in the app saying Apple Music streams don’t sync properly (very true, it can barely tell when I listen to music and is very wrong about what I’ve been listening to). Says they are “waiting for Apple to fix the issue” so likely this will never get fixed. As it stands the app is completely useless since the data tracking is not accurate. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t sync *2026-08-30* DO NOT BUY. This app hasn’t been syncing with Apple Music for the past month. It’s not a problem that they can fix so I do have some sympathy but it makes the app completely useless.
