I like this, makes tracking simple but useful.

This app is really good. I like most that I can literally check in my status from the home screen because there’s a Home Screen widget (even though I had to add that from my Home Screen, but I that’s an Apple thing I guess).

One of the useful things is that I can let it display my stats and store actual health data from my phone – Apple health and it keeps it all on device. 

What’s also really good and different from other apps I’ve tried is that I can choose what I share, so I can share with my close friends how I’m feeling and I can do that easily.
