Easily select any symptom or sign from the full Symptoms table, or from the Findings list. That will drill-down to the detailed Info view containing a concise narrative overview for the selected item. Then, in the Info view just pop open the CORRELATE panel and choose the "CONDITIONS" menu entry to quickly generate a table of associated Diagnoses for the item. Also, If you want to see a list of all the Differential Diagnoses for any Diagnosis on the full Diagnoses table, simply tap on a Diagnosis to drill-down to its detail Info view. Then tap on the CORRELATE button in that view. When the Correlate panel opens choose the "DIFFERENTIAL" item. That will build a full list of Differential Diagnoses and conditions that can cause the selected Diagnosis, without regard to likelihood settings, or whether findings have been check-marked or not. The resulting list of Differential Diagnoses will be displayed alphabetically, and will not be prioritized. Additionally, if symptoms have been check-marked as Findings then a table of their collective possible "Causes" can be prioritized as more or less likely by adjusting the Causes table probability meter. It works just great! Kindly revise your review rating for us please. IatroCom ### 1/5 — misleading app *2024-04-08* I wrote a negative review after the owner of this app told me that he would offer me a tutorial. He was not avaibale and did not respond to my emails until a week after the promised time. He finally did respond and then sent me an email saying that I was slanderous and emenaded that the review be removed. This app is not well organized, not easy to use and does not help a new physician who is tryig to make a differential diagnosis. He is not using the most up to date AI to help the users. Please review before wasting your money with this pruchase. I am certain he will respond with a similar demand but this is my opinion. ### 1/5 — App *2014-05-14* I paid for and downloaded this app a few months ago. Worked fine, now it won't even open up. I'm very disappointed ! **Developer response:** The latest version of STATworkUP™ is now 15.0.0 and it requires a minimal configuration of iOS 11.0 or later to install and run. It also can be shared on Macs running mac OS 10.15.1+ Please update your device accordingly, then try it again. However, be advised that the last version of STATworkUP that can still be updated is version 13.4.1. When you install a newer version of the app, let us know if it functions OK in a revised review here. Thank you. IatroCom® ### 1/5 — too much... *2011-10-20* ...money and too much to do... **Developer response:** Not many customers feel like this about STATworkUP. Another customer said he was impressed! For a minimal purchase price, it is an incredibly comprehensive decision support tool. It demonstrates some of the most robust relational architecture to rival Watson. It has seemingly endless and helpful functionality. STATworkUP brings a totally new look and feel to the old practice of differential diagnosis in your hand. Hopefully, the burgeoning age of 1980's innovation in Health Information Technology is still around and waiting for the market to re-discover true innovation in medicine for our new space-age computing platforms. This app took 30 years to develop by doctors of medicine, computer engineers, and medical informaticists at a cost of over 1 million dollars. You get what you pay for. STATworkUP is designed to help avoid diagnostic and treatment errors and to provide clinical decision support as a second opinion. It is not intended to supplant sound medical judgment. If you pay peanuts you get monkeys. ### 1/5 — Waste of Money *2011-01-14* Considering that this is the most expensive app for a differential Dx, it is terrible... There are way better apps for differentials out there that are MUCH easier to navigate. This app would be most appropriate for an experienced clinician; however, they would likely not even want to use this app, as again it is difficult to navigate. Every step of the way you have to look up every individual symptom and test. Don't let the 'correlate' and 'most likely' buttons fool you- they really don't do anything. Don't waste your money- buy a cheaper one! ### 4/5 — Intuitive *2012-07-11* A delightful app. Useful especially for the experienced clinician. Brings along a sense that it was written a working knowledge of the processes needed in medicine. Find it especially entertaining to do quick reviews, since the material is clinically relevant. It is quick and easy to use with accurate info as well. A very intuitive UI. Plus it has free and frequent updates with no subsciption, ads or in-app purchases. Great clinical decision support extradited naratives and complete relations database for cross-referencing Symptom, Lab, Diagnoses and Treatments. It is a very helpful program in that it contributes helpful and fast information which is beneficial to individualized patient centered care. It also helps other providers to partake in the clinical experience by giving them a chance to collaborate. Whether you have extensive medical training or not this application is very useful.
