### 5/5 — Would give more stars!

*2022-06-25, version 3.22.0*

I cannot recommend this app highly enough. It goes beyond safety plans and breathing/grounding exercises to be pretty customisable. I love the LifeBox feature, where you can put photos, files, and videos that are meaningful to you. I just wish I could change the order, as in the current version they stay in the order you add them.

### 1/5 — Pictures

*2022-02-06, version 3.18.0*

Pictures disappearing from lifebox

### 5/5 — Excellent quality app

*2022-01-25, version 3.18.0*

Highly aclaimed and always improving

### 4/5 — Some excellent resources, needs improvement

*2021-03-24, version 3.12.0*

I was recommended by a mental health nurse to download this app following a suicide attempt. I have used all of its features, including the life box and the safety plan and the many links to helplines, web chats and other helpful sites. It’s very simple to use, and not at all complicated or overly colourful - as that can be off-putting and frustrating when you’re in a dark, low mood. If I feel myself on the brink of a crisis again, I know I can use the advice available on the app, or contact one of the many helplines or organisations it lists. It also gives me a place to put other personal contacts I can go to for help. The breathing exercise is also good for a simple inhale-exhale thing you can do when it all gets too much.

As for improvements, perhaps certain pages on the app could be quicker and easier to reach in less clicks. The design could do with a smoother update. And it could have more options to customise the app to meet the specific needs of each user - e.g. easily available resources on a particular issue that the user can put on their homepage, whether it’s addiction or self-harm or bipolar, etc.
