## What is Staya?

Staya is an 8-week training program for men who want to last longer and stay in control. No pills, no numbing, no gimmicks. Just structured daily training built on the two things you can actually train: your pelvic floor and your arousal control.

START AT YOUR LEVEL
A short assessment finds your starting point and builds your 8-week plan around it: your baseline, your context, your goal.

TRAIN A FEW MINUTES A DAY
- Guided daily sessions: pelvic floor training plus behavioral control work
- A session player that walks you through every exercise
- 8 weeks of program content that progresses as you do
- Streak and progress dashboard with milestones

Staya is a training program, not medical treatment. It does not diagnose or cure any condition. If your symptoms are sudden, painful, or new, talk to a doctor.

Staya is for adults 18+.

Staya requires a subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
