Очень удобное приложение, наконец-то можно не лазить в браузере по 10 часов и искать билеты на мероприятие.

Сегодня оплатили билеты на концерт, на почту ничего не пришло, смс тоже, деньги списали. Номер заказа не известен, во вкладке с билетами ничего не отображается. Что делать?

Для проверки осуществления транзакции, укажите ФИО либо реквизиты карты (только номер) либо E-mail, укажите мероприятие и дату/время приобретения билета. Мы проверим, действительно ли была осуществлена транзакция, и свяжемся с вами
