## What is Staycore AI酒店智能工作台?

StayCore AI brings guest service, front-desk collaboration, content creation and daily hotel operations into one workspace.

NO APP DOWNLOAD FOR GUESTS
Create NFC and QR entry points for rooms and public areas. Guests tap or scan to open the hotel's own web portal and use the multilingual services the hotel has enabled—AI customer service, photo understanding and translation, arrival information, service and complaint tickets, repair requests, lost and found, luggage storage, service ordering, city guides and travel planning—in 15 guest languages.

START WITH TODAY'S WORK
Home is a clean, minimalist operations console: today's tasks, service requests, complaint tickets, orders, messages and review risks in one view. Staff follow progress within the active property instead of switching between scattered pages and group chats.

IPAD + PHONE FRONT-DESK INTERPRETER
Use an iPad as the guest display and connect a staff phone through same-property discovery or a six-digit code. Hold to talk for bilingual conversation. Sessions recover across screen locks, network changes and app switching, and retrying the same turn does not translate or charge twice.

TRACEABLE FRONT-DESK WORKFLOWS
• Route complaints, service requests and repairs into one ticket path with room numbers, photos and full progress history
• Issue unique luggage-storage codes and QR tickets; staff scan to complete pickup in one step—completely free
• Track package intake, waiting and collection status
• Keep lost-and-found verification and categories clear
• Receive guest service orders while the hotel retains control of offline settlement

PRACTICAL AI TOOLS, ENABLED AS NEEDED
Use hotel photo retouching, OTA content, event invitations, posters, multilingual price signs, review assistance, internal operations surveys, bilingual communication, international guest information, an interactive city map and travel planning. Live credit and subscription prices are always shown inside the app; every paid action confirms the live price and refunds automatically on failure.

MANAGE THE GUEST PORTAL AND BRAND IN ONE PLACE
Configure content, modules, ordering, custom links, brand styling and 15 guest languages in Guest Page Settings, then preview the page guests will actually see. Direct Booking becomes a customizable hotel website with 9 reorderable sections, a location map and curated guest reviews.

DATA, PROPERTIES AND TEAMS
Review module analytics, seven-day trends and operations data in one place. Switch between properties and manage team members and permissions while keeping each hotel's data and configuration isolated.

StayCore AI does not require a complex system rollout before a hotel can begin. Start with one QR entry, one service or one front-desk workflow—and make digital operations useful in everyday work.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.3.0 — 2026-08-28

- The sign-in page now separates "which account" from "which method" into two independent choices: in mainland China you can use a phone number or an email, and OTP or password, so all four combinations work — previously a phone number could only receive an SMS code and an email could only use a password, leaving "phone + password" and "email + OTP" unreachable. Outside the mainland sign-in remains email-only, still with OTP or password. Desktop browsers on the mainland web app can now sign in by phone number too.
- Sign-in is now password-first: new devices no longer default to the code method — password is the default everywhere, with one tap to switch to a code or go to sign-up. Accounts created by code that chose "Set up later" are reminded again after a while instead of never being asked again; the option stays and code sign-in is unaffected. Account Security now starts passwordless accounts on the verification-code path and explains why, instead of stranding them on a form that asks for a current password.
- The front-desk interpreter's voice input grows from 15 to 24 languages, adding Ukrainian, Turkish, Polish, Czech, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Hindi — each verified individually. Remaining languages still state plainly that voice input is unavailable and can be used as the other party's language.
- The simultaneous-device limit rises from 4 to 6, and refreshing the web app no longer signs you out.
- Fixed guest-facing AI support answering nothing: the hotel knowledge it draws on could be invalidated wholesale when a single word in one translated locale was misjudged, leaving guests with no hotel information at all.
- Fixed "Save all" permanently failing for AI support FAQs, including entries approved from handover learning candidates or written by web quick setup.
- AI support setup no longer stalls at 1/3: the requirement to complete a staff test conversation is gone, and pricing and usage now live on the AI support page instead of a separate one.
- Guest-triggered AI billing is now on by default with no daily cap, so AI support works for guests as soon as it is configured; you can still switch it off or set your own daily cap.
- Chat cards in the message center now show each guest's "first seen" time so successive guests in the same room are distinguishable, and chat details gain a "Guest service profile" summarising first use, recent activity, past conversations, work orders and service requests.
- Fixed lost-and-found photo uploads always reporting "photo failed the safety check", and luggage photos that could not be submitted after being added.
- Call detail bilingual transcripts are more reliable: long calls no longer lose large spans of translation.

### 2.2.1 — 2026-08-27

This build first resolves four issues that could block real use. Secure multilingual Rate Board previews now restore room types, rates and images instead of showing an empty template. Pre-arrival history loads again, and one malformed legacy record no longer breaks the whole page. City Explorer fills the mobile workspace when expanded and pans freely in both staff and guest views. Staff now maintain reusable routes without binding weather; guests choose their actual travel date in Portal, and weather is retrieved for that date.

Trip Planning and City Explorer are more capable. Trip Planning confirms interpreted intent, reliable weather and air-quality sources, and the live credit quote before generation. Failed work can be refunded, reloads recover progress, and retries reuse the same task without duplicate charging. City Explorer manages 14 categories and up to 100 spots from its first screen.

Guest-content journeys show honest completion. Check-in Guides open the property's one current guide and expose real progress across 15 guest languages. Pre-arrival separates generated, copied, manually marked as sent, opened and submitted states. Lost & Found adds property storage locations, one to three photos and private staff match review without auto-claiming or closing a case.

Content, permissions and trustworthy answers are more complete. OTA artwork follows a four-step checked export flow, and Brand Visuals offer eight complete templates. Owners independently control guest pages, replies, analytics, rooms, brand and city maps. Guest AI answers only from exact published evidence for the active property and language; travel results show sources and unsupported questions hand off to staff.

An iPad and phone can work together as a front-desk interpreter. Use the iPad as the guest display, then connect a staff phone by automatic same-property discovery or a six-digit code. Hold to talk for bilingual conversation. Rooms recover across screen locks, network changes and app switching, while retrying the same turn never translates or charges twice.

### 2.2 — 2026-08-23

[The guest AI answers the question that was actually asked]
"Where is the charger" and "can you recommend a good spot to watch the drone show" used to be answered with "live directions are temporarily unavailable — open your map app". That notice is now reserved for genuine directions questions; everything else is answered from your property's own information. "Is there a power bank in the room" no longer returns the charger's answer: a stored answer is reused only when the thing the guest actually asked about appears in it. Free and paid items from Service Ordering now count as live knowledge about your hotel.

[Staff can take over the AI service desk at any time]
Any conversation not yet taken over always shows the Take over button. Previously conversations started from "Ask the hotel" showed no such button while the server required a takeover before staff could reply, so every retry failed. Sending directly now completes the takeover automatically, and failures state the real reason instead of always saying you lack permission.

[The guest terminal no longer locks you in]
Opening the front-desk interpreter's guest terminal on a phone used to stop at "Please rotate the iPad to landscape" with no way out — the only escape was force-quitting. It now keeps a PIN-protected management entry in the top-right corner and states plainly that the device is too small to serve as the guest terminal.

[AI service desk answers only from your records, and hands off when it can't]
Every guest-facing answer must come from your registered hotel information and FAQ library. When the answer is not on file (floors, prices, what is free), it no longer guesses — it transfers the guest to your staff automatically and notifies the staff app, in any guest language. Replies read more naturally while keeping numbers, prices and passwords word-for-word accurate.

[Setup and FAQ housekeeping]
The Guest Page checklist grows from 4 steps to a full configuration list. Wi-Fi settings add a mode selector, fixing the case where every room has its own password but guests were handed one shared one. The property time zone is derived automatically from location. Opening the FAQ no longer creates 30 blank entries, and effective replies after a human takeover become "FAQ pending review".

[Analytics split apart]
Home analytics gains a dedicated AI Service page — auto-reply rate, human handoffs, ratings and language mix — while complaint analytics returns to pure complaint data.

[Other fixes]
Mixed-language text in the Malay and Thai interfaces; city explorer maps failing to publish with larger content; dispatch reminders reaching only the assigned person; foreign-language questions now find Chinese FAQ entries; and operations alert emails no longer flood after a restart.

### 2.1.0 — 2026-08-20

[AI photo studio: twice as many scenes]
Built-in space types go from 10 to 17, adding meeting room, banquet hall, gym, pool, spa, bar/lounge and terrace, each with the same tidiness checklist and finished-photo standards as guest rooms. A space that is not on the list can be named with Custom space (up to 30 characters). Perspective becomes a three-way choice instead of a switch: Smart correction (default, keeps the camera position and straightens obvious tilt), Professional recompose (allows cropping and edge fill), and Keep original framing — previously there was no way back to the default. Fine-tune and export adds a ±15° straightening slider with an alignment grid; it runs on the phone, costs no credits and stays per photo.

[Front desk interpreter now bills per sentence]
The Multilingual Front Desk Interpreter moves from 1 credit per hotel per day to per-sentence billing: 1 credit buys a 10-sentence pack (live price applies) and every hold-to-speak turn counts as one. Sentences are shared across the hotel, never expire, and the next sentence tops up by 1 credit with no second confirmation. Staff screens always show the balance. A failed translation costs nothing, and if it opened a new pack that credit is returned. Hotels already charged for the day under the old model stay unlimited that day. The guest terminal shows no billing information.

[QR materials: a production guide, not just a download]
The fourth guest-page setup step is renamed to "Preview and produce QR materials" and gains a QR Material Production Guide: how to export the codes, hand the archive and link to a sign maker, and add NFC in the same run so a card opens both by tapping and by scanning. It includes one-tap copying of the guest page link, NFC tag specifications, ready-made captions for guest-room, front-desk and public-area signage (English attached automatically on non-Chinese interfaces), layouts and finished sizes for four common formats, QR edge lengths and materials, plus a copyable production brief.

[Check-in guide: republishing bills by real scope]
Text-only edits to a published guide now settle at the 1-credit minor-edit tier; previously every republish was charged the full 38-credit publish. The dialog still shows the ceiling price and the lower actual charge needs no re-confirmation. The editor also drops the pre-arrival survey toggle: the survey travels with the personal link sent by the AI Check-in Info Assistant, so guests opening that link see it without a second switch, while generic and QR pages still never show it.

[Smart Guest Profile: front desk can pair on its own]
Device pairing is no longer owner-only. Any team member can view the pairing code, rotate it and unbind devices, so front-desk staff can pair the browser extension on their own computer. The extension also moved to an in-page floating workbench, and the unresponsive "Enable this site" button is fixed.

[Fixes]
The "Front desk languages" entry in Operations analytics used to land on the interpreter home with no analytics in sight; a new full-screen Front Desk Language Analytics page hosts the stats, conversation review and AI language insight together. Guest voice questions in Ask the Hotel were missing the working-language translation in the staff inbox and showed the guest language again beneath AI replies; conversations now use the detected transcript language and store working-language copies, leaving the guest-facing answer and billing unchanged. Web Quick Setup is aligned with the app: no more false "invalid request" errors for existing hotels, Wi-Fi auto-detects per-room setups and the hotel-wide password fills every room, hotel services can change photos and pick a category, and custom guest entries gain a visibility toggle and true deletion.

### 2.0.10 — 2026-08-15

This update improves service ordering and ticket handling. Orders now show free or chargeable items individually. Each outstanding loan item is listed with its remaining quantity. Hotels without an AIOS/PMS connection can complete free and offline-paid orders without false PMS folio errors. Hotels can also set a total guest-order quantity limit. Guest-facing labels are cleaner. The newest service complaint tickets appear first.
