## What is stayct?

stayct Network
One connected place for your properties, residents and operations.

Running a PG, hostel, co-living space or rental property involves much more than collecting rent. You need to know who is staying where, what is vacant, what is due, what has been paid, which deposits are held, what expenses occurred and which issues still need attention.

stayct brings these everyday operations together.

MANAGE YOUR PROPERTIES
Organize properties, rooms and beds so you can quickly understand what is occupied and what is available.

MANAGE RESIDENTS
Keep resident and stay information connected to the property they belong to, so you can find important details without maintaining scattered records.

TRACK RENT
See rent information, payments and pending amounts in one place and keep a clearer view of collections.

MANAGE SECURITY DEPOSITS
Record deposits and maintain visibility into deposit amounts, updates and refunds.

TRACK VACANCIES
Understand available capacity across your properties and make better use of vacant rooms and beds.

RECORD EXPENSES
Keep everyday property expenses alongside the rest of your operational information.

HANDLE COMPLAINTS
Record resident issues and complaints, attach photos where useful, and keep track of property-related follow-up.

STAY CONNECTED
Bring important property activity into one operational workflow instead of relying on disconnected spreadsheets, notebooks and messages.

THE STAYCT NETWORK
stayct is being built as a connected network for accommodation operations, bringing together properties, owners and teams, residents and the information needed to operate managed stays.

Whether you operate a PG, hostel, co-living property or rental accommodation, stayct helps you keep your operation organized from one place.

Simplify property operations.
Stay connected with your residents.
Run your stayct Network.
