Export to Excel from your phone — the Profit and Loss export now hands the file straight to your share sheet: save it to Files, open it in Numbers, or mail it to your accountant without going near a computer. A paid deposit confirms the booking — mark the deposit received and the stay stops reading "Unconfirmed". If the guest pulls out, "Put back to option" undoes it. Take booking requests from your public calendar. • Visitors pick free dates on your Stayem page or your own site and send their details. Nothing touches your calendar until you press Softbook now. • Push notification on arrival, top of What next, and requests that don't convert become Prospects you can follow up. Your whole portfolio, answered like one property. • Home now carries the same Statistics and Income cards you read on a property — including received vs expected, account-wide. • Pick the currency your combined total reads in. ### 1.12.342 — 2026-08-08 Turn any item in your guest guide into something guests must do before arrival: passport photos, a signed contract, or simply accepting your house rules.
