DO NOT BOOK WITH STAYFORLONG!!!!This company is horrible. I have been trying to get a hold of them for 5 days! They do not pick up the phone and they do not return emails.
I am desperate to modify my booking before my trip but now have to keep my current reservation and pay for a night I do not need!! How can this company stay in business when they have the worst  customer service?!?!

Franchement éviter cette plate forme le service client ne répond pas il n’assure pas les réservations ils font payer un acompte et après vous ne pouvez plus payer le reste donc dans tous les cas ils embauchent l’acompte une escroquerie je ne vous le recommande pas du tout allez sur les plages formes fiables même si vous payer un peu plus chèr c’est vrai mais vos vacances seront assuré au moins alors que là à une semaine de mon départ je n’ai aucune nouvelle des hôtels ni du service client d’ailleurs

This app asks for payment for a hotel reservation, but the hotel actually has no idea about it. No one answers emails or calls

ATTENTION ARNAQUE ! Met en avant des offres avantageuses, les annulent hors délai de prévenance, ne respecte pas la loi française. Beaucoup de gens ne se sont pas fait remboursés et ATTENTION ils ne travaillent pas directement avec les hôtels et ne transmet pas vos réservations, vous obtenez une confirmation alors que l’hôtel n’est pas au courant et ne travaille pas avec eux. Ils en profitent de respecter les lois et de voler les consommateurs car la société est basée en Espagne, ce qui décourage les poursuites !

De ninguna manera reserven con esta empresa, son unos estafadores de primera, te ofrecen un precio mucho más barato como anzuelo, haces tu reserva y nunca recibes confirmación alguna por parte del hotel como tal, entonces hablas con soporte y dicen que la confirmación te la dan un poco antes de ir a hacer el check in… total estafa!!

This company is a total scam. Once you arrive at a hotel you will find out your reservation is not found. What a nightmare to deal with this while traveling with kids.

J’utilise Stayforlong pour toute mes réservations et souvent le meilleurs tarif .. 
la possibilité de payer partiellement au fil du temps est aussi très pratique.
Beaucoup de réservation avec eux et jamais eu le moindre soucis .
Il manquait une appli .. ce qui est fait depuis peu.
Il ne manque qu’un programme de Reward pour être totalement le meilleur.

Je vous déconseille fortement stayforlong!!!! Il ne vérifie en aucun cas la salubrité des hôtels proposés et en cas de problème il n’y a aucun remboursement malgré preuve en vidéo et photo  il s’agit seulement d’une plate-forme qui vous mets en relation avec l’hôtellerie ! Allez chez booking c’est un peu plus chère mais en cas de problème ils sont là pour vous rembourser ou proposer une solution

They advertise low prices, but when you try to book, the system instantly blocks the reservation and claims the rate is no longer available. The same stay then reappears at least $100 more expensive. I would stay away from this website/app and their deceiving practices. They don't seem trustworthy and are probably more interested in collecting your data than offering real deals.
