## What is Staymaker?

Staymaker turns your booking calendars into a done-for-you cleaning schedule. Connect Airbnb, Booking.com, or any iCal calendar and every checkout automatically becomes a cleaning task, assigned to the right person on your team, with everyone kept in sync.

No more spreadsheets, scattered group chats or forgotten turnovers.

HOW IT WORKS
- Connect your booking calendars (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, any iCal link)
- Staymaker creates a cleaning for every checkout, automatically
- It assigns each clean to the right team member by availability and priority
- Your team gets a clear daily to-do list and push reminders
- Everyone coordinates in private, in-app chat

BUILT FOR YOUR WHOLE TEAM
- Hosts get the full picture: every property, every turnover, every person
- Cleaners see exactly what to clean and when and attach completion photos
- Maintenance staff get their own to-do list for repairs and upkeep

FEATURES
- Automatic cleaning schedules from your booking calendars
- Smart assignment by availability, workload and priority
- Team availability, time off and vacations handled for you
- Private team chat with photos
- Push notifications so nothing slips
- All your properties in one place

Staymaker is free for one property, with every feature and your whole team.
A Pro subscription adds more properties, up to 50 and more on request. Manage everything on iPhone, or from any browser at go.staymaker.app.

Staymaker Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed to your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends and you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.

Pricing depends on the number of properties and your region, and is always shown in the app before you buy.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2 — 2026-09-29

New in Staymaker 1.2:

• Free now includes every feature for one property: team chat with photos, Copy Settings and an unlimited team.
• Pro is priced by the number of properties and is now available for up to 50 properties, more on request.
• A newly added calendar link is always fetched and planned, even if you switch tabs while it saves.
• Pull to refresh now also fetches a calendar link that has not synced yet.
• The cleaning review stays open until you close it yourself, so a swipe no longer dismisses it by accident.
• Clearer messages while your cleanings are being planned, and if planning fails.
• Profile: Save only turns on when something changed, with clear hints, and a changed name stays after you sign in again.
• Copy Settings only appears when there is another property to copy to.
• Reliability and stability improvements.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-15

New in Staymaker 1.1:

• A guided welcome and simpler step-by-step setup for your first property.
• New tips for cleaners and maintenance team members, plus an expanded Help Center with illustrated guides.
• Swipe a to-do to mark it done or reopen it. Tapping opens its details.
• Fixed a misleading sign-in error when team members added photos to a to-do.
• More reliable saves and draft recovery for properties, vacations, team members, and tasks.
• Better support for larger text, clearer retry states, and accessibility and stability improvements.
