## What is StayMetrics?

Every night your place sits empty costs you the nightly rate. Every gap night your minimum-stay rule creates costs you the same. Most short-term rental hosts adjust one setting at a time and hope the numbers work out.

StayMetrics does the math for you. Set a nightly rate, an occupancy level, and a minimum-stay requirement. See what the combination is likely to earn — weekly or yearly, updated as you drag the sliders.

The minimum-stay analysis shows what your policy actually costs. Raising a two-night minimum to three or four cuts turnover, but it also creates gap nights that can't be booked. StayMetrics quantifies both sides so you can decide which trade-off makes sense for your property.

Built for hosts already listing on Airbnb, Vrbo, or direct — but useful earlier too, if you're thinking about listing a place and want to see what different pricing scenarios might return.
