## What is Stayntouch?

StayNTouch Rover is a PMS overlay application that connects to hotels existing property management system to enhance it with mobility. Using Rover, hotel staff can now check guests in and out anywhere as long as the iPad is connected to the internet using a wifi or cellular network. Rover connects to the StayNTouch cloud application and database. With Rover hotels can create keys, manage payments, update room status for guests in hotels. The app enables communication between StayNtouch cloud based services, payment and key interfaces.

This system is the equivalent of using a word document in combination with Square credit card reader to do business. It doesn’t interface data well at all. You will find yourself constantly manually routing billing information. As a result, this increases the rate of human errors among the employees. For some strange reasons the developers thought that instead of using the standard black lettering, somehow light grey would be more appealing. Making it literally impossible to read the printed reports. This PMS system is completely useless and recommend that your company invest in something, anything other than this
