## What is StayPad?

StayPad turns your short-term rental's most-asked questions into one clean, always-current guest note — sent automatically right when your guest needs it, and gone the moment they check out. No more texting the WiFi password at 11pm or re-explaining the same door code for the hundredth time.

Every property gets its own note: door and garage codes, WiFi, check-in instructions, and your own picks for activities, restaurants, and coffee — plus custom sections for anything else you want guests to know. Add a photo of the property so guests know they're in the right place before they even arrive. Guests get a push notification the moment their note unlocks, and you get a reminder 24 hours before every check-in. Questions before or during the stay live in a simple in-app message thread — no phone number required.

Sign in with Apple or email, set your default check-in and check-out times once, and creating a new stay takes seconds from there. Start free on the Starter plan with one property and one active stay at a time, and upgrade to unlimited properties and unlimited concurrent guests whenever you're ready to scale.
