## What is Staytuned?

The client app for Staytuned, the hotel housekeeping management system.

Cleaning instructions and reports, shift scheduling and time tracking, paid leave requests, payslip delivery, translated chat, and multilingual video manuals — every function you need to manage housekeeping operations, brought together in one place. No more juggling multiple apps.

### 1.3.7 — 2026-08-22

Fixed: devices in Timecard Mode appearing offline

A device used in Timecard Mode stopped communicating once its screen turned off, so "Last seen" in the web admin stayed at an old time. Left overnight, the device would shut the app down entirely, and the next morning it was back on the home screen.

The screen now stays on for as long as Timecard Mode is showing.

Note that pairing is never lost when this happens. Simply reopening the app restores everything, and there is no need to issue a new pairing code.

Fixed: entry permission could not be switched

Even the staff assigned to a room could not switch its entry permission when the room belonged to a shop other than their own, and the action failed. Rooms you are assigned to for the day can now be switched.

The lock icon is also greyed out for rooms you do not have permission for.

Improved: cleaning progress colors in dark mode

The green shown at 100% and the red shown below 30% were hard to read against the dark background. They now switch to lighter shades in dark mode. Light mode is unchanged.

・シフト希望が提出できなくなることがある問題を修正しました。会社の締日の設定によって、暦月と給与期間のタブで入力した内容が混ざり、提出が失敗する場合がありました。
・歩合でお勤めの方の勤怠画面に、その日の金額と計算の内訳（部屋番号・単価）を表示するようにしました。
・勤務時間の表示が、会社の「退勤打刻の丸め」の設定と合っていなかった点を修正しました。
・その他、動作の安定性を改善しました。

共用部の清掃で、複数の担当者を割り当てられるようになりました。

これまでは1人しか担当にできず、2人目以降の方は自分の画面から作業を開始・完了できませんでした。今回から、割り当てられた方全員が操作できます。

・担当者を複数選べます
・担当者名が連名で表示されます
・作業を開始しても、事前に決めた担当者が消えなくなりました
・実際に作業した方の記録が残ります

### 1.3.4 — 2026-08-10

チャットで、送ったつもりのメッセージが送れていないことがある不具合を直しました。しばらくアプリを開いたままにしていると、返信つきの送信・画像の送信・翻訳をオフにした送信が通らなくなることがありました。
送信に失敗したときは、その場で赤く表示してタップで送り直せるようにしました。これまでは失敗しても何も出ず、気付かないままメッセージが消えていました。
ダークモードで読みづらかったメッセージ画面の文字を直しました。
日本語以外の言語で、一部の画面に日本語が残っていたのを直しました。

シフトが確定されたあとは、アプリからシフトを編集できないようにしました。これまでは責任者が確定しても編集できる状態が残り、提出し直すと確定した内容が本人の希望に戻ってしまうことがありました。
給与明細の内訳を、項目の数に合わせて表示するようにしました。
追加作業を完了にしたときに記録される実施者を、Web と同じ判定に統一しました。
