Finally, 12 notifications per day! Service with a smile and more. Can’t say enough good things! ### 1/5 — Horrible app in Kea Lani Maui *2021-08-14* Much of the property information is incorrect and incomplete. Cafe menu page doesn’t have the menu, just catering platters. Alerts pop up for discounts and the outlet doesn’t know anything about the code needed for the discount, then app just freezes and won’t allow me to cancel or click out of the page without the code the shop knows nothing about. The only option is to completely turn off iPhone snd re-boot. It is a huge pain in the neck. ### 1/5 — Banff Springs does not show up *2021-08-06, version 2.3.3* When it asks me “choose your hotel”, Banff springs hotel does not show up even when I type it in. Unfortunate because when we checked into the hotel, one of the cards we were given said to download the app. Would have like to make use of this app during my stay! ### 5/5 — Awesome as AlwYs… fairmont never disappoints *2021-07-02* Done! ### 1/5 — It doesn’t work *2019-11-01, version 2.0.2* For the Fairmont Banff springs I keep trying to enter my room number but it tells me it does not exist. I am also sitting in my hotel, using their wifi and have location turned ON for the app but it still says “it looks like you aren’t in the hotel.
