Cafe menu page doesn’t have the menu, just catering platters. Alerts pop up for discounts and the outlet doesn’t know anything about the code needed for the discount, then app just freezes and won’t allow me to cancel or click out of the page without the code the shop knows nothing about. The only option is to completely turn off iPhone snd re-boot. It is a huge pain in the neck. ### 1/5 — Banff Springs does not show up *2021-08-06, version 2.3.3* When it asks me “choose your hotel”, Banff springs hotel does not show up even when I type it in. Unfortunate because when we checked into the hotel, one of the cards we were given said to download the app. Would have like to make use of this app during my stay! ### 1/5 — It doesn’t work *2019-11-01, version 2.0.2* For the Fairmont Banff springs I keep trying to enter my room number but it tells me it does not exist. I am also sitting in my hotel, using their wifi and have location turned ON for the app but it still says “it looks like you aren’t in the hotel. Check back when you are.” Frustrating! ### 1/5 — Legit Fairmont Apps?? *2019-07-30* Is this a legit Fairmont apps? The app provides different features at each Fairmont property, depending on which options each property opts in for. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Not a booking app. How can this company not have an app for booking. *2019-07-30* Not impressed. **Developer response:** That is correct: Fairmont Staytus is designed to enhance the stay of guests staying at Fairmont properties. Bookings can be made through the Accor app. ### 1/5 — doesn’t work. no knows anything *2019-05-18* this app doesn’t work. it won’t unlock with my room number. No one at the Chateau Whistler knows anything about. Called “Royal Service” and they passed me to Internet Support who also knows nothing about it. Good job Fairmont in training your folks!! ### 1/5 — Utter failure *2018-10-11* Don’t download. Doesn’t help on or away from the property. **Developer response:** Dear guest, We are sorry to hear you were unable to use the app at your preferred Fairmont hotel. This is a new programme, and it appears the Fairmont property you visited is not yet participating in the programme at this time. Finally, 12 notifications per day!
