## What is StayUpRight!?

StayUpRight! is the non-prescription balance measurement app from UpRight Science. 

Balance decline is the single predictor of fall, cognitive decline, and loss of independence. Take control of your life. The StayUpRight! mobile app equips you with technology to measure your balance anytime, anywhere.

StayUpRight! uses your phone's built-in motion sensors to quantify postural sway. No wearables, no setup—just three quick poses. Each pose challenges a different system that keeps you upright. Together they paint a complete picture of your balance.

Hit start and hold the phone against your chest vertically. Simple written or audio instructions guide you through the poses.

Pose 1: Stand upright with feet together. 
Pose 2: Stand on left leg with right leg up off the ground.
Pose 3: Stand on right leg with left leg up off the ground.

That’s it, just three simple poses that take 10 seconds each. You’ll immediately see your score after that.
