This is a stupid app that tells a civilian to place a Cat tourniquet on. How many civilians carry Cat tourniquets?

Really pray that the people who downloaded this app call 911 before using this.

The app is a great companion to the STB training! Well presented, concise and organized.  Direct pressure is not always the solution to life threatening bleeding.

Make sure to watch and study the content BEFORE you need it and review it periodically.  Please, please, please do not substitute this for professional hands-on training.
