The STBB Direct application is the perfect tool to do cost calculations on the go. It’s free, and anyone can use it to do a variety of calculations relating to the sale or purchase of a property. It also allows users to share the calculations directly from the application with a buyer, seller or other third party. The following calculators are available - Transfer and bond cost - Bond repayment - Agent commission - Capital Gains Tax As an added bonus, estate agents with deals at STBB are now able to track the progress of their deals on their mobile devices. Notifications can even be set up for pre-selected milestones in the process. An estate agent will also be able to pull the ever so popular STBB progress reports directly from the device with the tap of a button - anytime, any day. Terrible! Cannot open full documents on my macbook. Cannot sign anything. Cannot even send document between macbook and iphone. I have been trying to sign and upload documents for more than 3 hours and still no success! Have never experienced this kind of trouble with any other document sogn and upload apps. Absolutely horrible!! Be prepared to be utter frustrated! ### 1/5 — EVault falls flat *2025-07-21, version 2.0.2* I like that this app exists, but the execution doesn’t deliver. The eVault is very frustrating to use. Even though we uploaded all the documents required twice over, we still received emails from the attorneys saying things were missing. Either the documents were not missing or they were missed due to the unintuitive upload process. I would like to see feedback on missing documents through the app rather than waiting weeks to hear back from the attorneys via email. I would like the ability to sign documents through the app rather than having to download, sign, and reupload via the app. The progress report is not live but an infrequently updated pdf that I have to constantly track for updates that I know already happened. The fact that there is a R450 fee for a glorified S3 interface honestly makes me mad. Struggling to understand what the point is. But be aware that making use of the eVault comes with a steep R450 for an app you potentially only have to use for a couple of weeks.
