However, the Video on Demand (VOD) feature is incredibly frustrating—it buffers non-stop and is constantly lagging. It is also highly unreliable on mobile devices. But there are a lot of quirks, especially on the Apple TV app. The worst thing is when you’re watching video on demand, it does not remember what season and episode you finished. So you have to remember it in tune into the right place to continue watching. Maybe an year ago it started having problems where it won’t automatically reconnecting when network slows down or drops. So you had to manually close The app and reopen and it will work again. Contacted the support e mail with that issue where no one responded to the email. And now November 2025 the app doesn’t work at all. App opens up the portal loads, but nothing plays. Since a few months, most of the channels are now no longer working. It’s not an issue with the IPTV service, because all channels work fine on the TV. This is an issue only with the STBEMU Pro iPhone app. I even tried the free STBEMU app on iPhone (by the same developer) and all channels are working on the free version of the app, but of course with ads. I reached out to support for a resolution but have received no response thus far. Sie funktioniert sehr gut. Ich habe die auch gleich auf dem iPhone installiert und ich muss sagen ich benutze sie seit einem Monat keine Abstürze. Keine Hänger, so wie ich mir das vorstelle. Von einer App in der Rezessionen habe ich oft gelesen, dass die EPG sich nicht automatisch aktualisiert. Ja, das kann ich bestätigen. Aber mich stört das jetzt nicht. In den Einstellungsmöglichkeiten ist auch nicht viel zu wählen.
