If you raise the complaint company refuses to support you in any way. Also, products are not as natural as they were claimed. I strongly recommend not to buy anything from this platform. ### 1/5 — App crashes *2024-03-17* When I go to my orders to check the status the app crashes and I have to restart the app. To view order details or track it I have to open the website in a browser. The developer needs to fix this bug. Their customer service has been unresponsive and vague in their promises. I first started using SHAMPOO and fell in love but was having a lot of HAIRFALL and thought it was due to some other rsn but when I CHANGED the shampoo it STOPPED and then again used it on one day I had a lot of HAIRFALL and finally understood it was the STBOTANICA SHAMPOO . Plus when I USED the FACEWASH in two three washes only I had breakouts and dry skin.
