I have most recent and up to date iPhone and software. I’ve registered for an account and I can sign in online, but for some reason, the app will not allow me to sign in. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-installing - this still does not solve the problem. I will just have to book using the equally awful website, but at least that will allow me to sign in!

Can you still contact temple park and haven point leisure centre ,by phone  as I have tried for over a week now and never has it been answered and the information I require is not on their web page ,

App always crashes when re opening after inactivity and attempting to book a new class. Ideally there should be a feedback channel to address the bugs in this app!

The new app can’t recognise my email address 
I’ve been paying a membership regularly and get messages from them ????

This app seems to have overcome the niggles of booking sessions on the old system and has much more functionality. 
It’s fast to open, you get straight to where you need to be and it’s clear and simple to use.
Once you’re on the system it works like a dream and the staff has been really helpful getting us on it. 
Less than a week in and hearing all good things. Well done.
