That’s great! Why I have such a low score jams for REAL TIME information. All other apps show the status of your account. Ritual right away. I know what pending and processing in real time. The old app was glitchy and ponderous to use, but the new one is seamless and works every tiime. The amount of bugs, errors, failures, etc is unacceptable. I can no longer add STC friend transfers, I’ve had multiple accounts that I’ve attempted to add and the app just says an account does not exist even tho I’m looking at the account/checkbook as I’m typing the number in. Very disappointed in this update. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it ### 1/5 — Needs serious improvement! *2023-04-02* I like some of the features on the new app but a major bug/issue is that it is not posting an accurate current balance on my accounts. If I make a withdrawal or use my card, it takes 24-48 hours for it to reflect on the app. I’ve been embarrassed multiple times now thinking I had enough in my account to make my purchase, just to get my card declined at the register. Holding up the whole line while I log in and make a transfer.. I happen to be a customer who commutes out of town for work. There are no Somerset trust establishments near my place of employment and I rely heavily on this app to manage my funds during the week.
