-I paid money to them and 1 day later my card is inactive with no one telling me why
-This service avoids you reaching a human on their side like the plague.
-Calling support you get a pre-recorded robot talking to you. On Credimax Cardy you get a human less than 30s.
-The chatbot is not chatbot, its clicking maze with subject pre-selected by them
-Contact form lets you painstakingly fill in 7 fields most of it already available in my profile
-adding phone number tells you its wrong, but it doesn't tell you you need international code(00XXX)
-Calling their support line, instead of getting human assisstant, they spam you with their offerings advertisements.
-its hard to tell the difference between the cards. It seems you pay 20BHD extra for Metal card just to get 1% more cash back on foreign currency.

The new app is awesome except one major OCD intensive display of the card in the main screen. I get the account details, which awesome. But I see a cut of card next to it, which is too annoying. Perhaps you could put in the place of rewards/ Airmiles or as an icon.

سؤال، وين المسؤولين عن الإهمال في حل مشكلة التطبيق، صار لي 3 ايام احاول ادخل على التطبيق و مو شغال. مستحيل ان المسؤولين ما عندهم خبر، شلون يرضون بمستوى خدمة سيئ بهدرجة. بصراحة اعتبره فشل كبير مستحيل ينسكت عنه من شركة بحجم stc. ما في حتى اهتمام من الشركة بالتواصل معي و بكل استهتار يتم حجب/مسح التعليقات اللي انا و غيري نكتبها بحسابات التواصل الاجتماعي . خدمة اسوء من السيئ
