A friend had a rash on his arm and was leaving for vacation the next day. Submitted a picture late at night and woke up with very helpful advice and a recommendation for an over the counter product that helped. Much easier than a doctor visit, no time wasted. Surprisingly impressed by this tool! Worth the price!

The under 24hr response is great. I believe mine took even half that. The process is easy as indicated. Just remember to put as much detail as possible when filling out the form.

It is $40 for a diagnosis and it is extremely unpersonalized and mine was extremely inaccurate. The response I received was blatantly a prewritten paragraph that gave a diagnosis that was clearly incorrect. There also are no options to respond or ask follow up questions to said “expert”. I wish I would have googled similar online services before paying $40 for this, as I have found that there are many cheaper and superior services available online that are available.
