## What is Stødige ben?

Regelmessig trening av balanse og styrketrening er med på å forebygge fall. 

Bydel Grorud har i samarbeid med Helseetaten etablert fall og brudd prosjektet “På Stødige ben”. Her ønsker vi å jobbe mot å redusere antall hoftebrudd. 



Har du nylig falt eller begynner du å oppleve utfordringer med balansen? Med denne appen kan du få tips til øvelser for balansen som du med enkelt utstyr kan gjøre hjemme.

Appen lar deg teste deg selv på tre ulike nivåer av balanse ved at du svarer på 3 enkle spørsmål.
