## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.6 — 2026-08-27

Fix what you logged wrong — and an app that pays closer attention.

• Goals that adapt to you — every so often Steadfast suggests raising or lowering a daily target based on what you've actually been doing, and it shows its working: "you'd have hit this on 7 of your last 10 days." Nothing changes unless you accept it, and you can turn the whole thing off.

• Edit a workout after you've finished it — correct a weight, add the set you forgot to log, or add an exercise you never got around to entering. You can fix the recorded time too, so a timer left running on the drive home no longer inflates your week.

• Pause a workout — step away without it counting against you. Your Lock Screen stays in step, and paused time is left out of the workout's recorded duration.

• Bodyweight sets and timed holds — the units on the workout card are tappable now. Switch weight to BW for pull-ups and dips, or swap reps for seconds and minutes to log a plank.

• Ask AI is quicker, and shows its thinking — estimates appear as they're being worked out instead of leaving you watching a spinner. Logging one no longer ends the chat either: log it and add the next thing you ate, or tap Not quite and correct the same item without starting over.

• The muscle map counts how much you trained — it used to know only when you last worked a muscle, so one set looked identical to twenty. Now it reads the actual volume, the shades are easier to tell apart, and an info button explains what the colours mean.

• Custom goals can be times — type 5:30 for a half-hour-and-then-some goal and it reads back as 5:30, not 5.5.

• Quieter reminders — the daily nudge now notices what's already been recorded, including steps and workouts picked up automatically from Health, so it stops reminding you to log something you've already done.

• Editing a goal no longer costs you your streak — raising a target used to re-judge every past day against the new number, wiping out weeks you'd genuinely earned. Each day is now measured against the target that was actually in force at the time.

• Sharper analytics — the recap compares a rolling seven days against the seven before it, and weeks you didn't train show up as gaps instead of being quietly skipped.

• A grey accent colour — for anyone who'd rather the app stayed out of the way.

Thanks for being here — keep showing up.

### 1.5 — 2026-08-22

Train smarter — and bring someone with you.

  • Muscle recovery map — the Train tab now shows a body map that lights up the muscles you've worked and cools them off as they recover.
One glance tells you what's due.
  • Look up any exercise mid-workout — search from your active workout to see the weight and reps you hit last time, and the sessions
  before that.
  • Invite a friend — send a link. Whoever taps it lands straight in a partner request, with no usernames to spell out loud.
  • Reminders that fit how you train — optional nudges now pay attention to what you actually log, so a nutrition-only week won't nag you
  about steps.
  • Sharper AI macros — the Ask AI estimator moved to a much stronger model, and asks how much you ate instead of guessing when the portion
  is unclear.
  • Connected Apps, tidied up — every service in one place, each showing when it last synced and flagging anything that needs reconnecting.

Also: a cleaner profile menu, a friendlier Train tab, a new tour slide for Ask AI, and fixes for goal edits affecting streak history,
recent foods for heavy loggers, and a chart color flash.

### 1.4 — 2026-08-06

Your workout now lives on the Lock Screen. Start a session and see a live
timer, your workout name, and your current exercise on the Lock Screen and
in the Dynamic Island — tap to jump right back in.

A new Analytics tab in Train. Get a recap of any period: workouts, time
trained, and your strength-vs-cardio mix, each compared to the period before.

Build your own workout charts. Pick a metric, an exercise or muscle group,
and a date range — then add the chart to your page and arrange it your way.

Snap a photo for AI macros. The Ask AI estimator now reads a photo of your
plate or a nutrition label for more accurate calories and macros.

Set your rest timer to any length. A new Custom option means you're no
longer limited to the presets.

See your profile the way your partners do. Tap your name in Settings and
choose View as Partner to check exactly what you're sharing.

### 1.3 — 2026-07-11

• Redesigned workout recap — a cleaner look at every session, with a strain score and full heart-rate-zone breakdown for your Whoop workouts.
• Workouts you log in the app now count toward your daily goal and streak.
• Tidier workout history — it starts collapsed, and you can now select and delete workouts in bulk.
• Name a workout when you start it without a template.
• Your history now shows when a workout actually happened, not when it synced.
• Import your last 90 days of Whoop workouts in one tap.
• Plus smoother sign-in and assorted fixes.

### 1.2 — 2026-05-21

New Nutrition tab — log food per meal (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Snack) by barcode, AI estimate, recent/favorite foods, or by hand. Track calories, protein, fat, and carbs with per-meal subtotals.

Ask AI for macros — describe what you ate in plain English and get a structured estimate, now with web search for branded and restaurant items.

Connect more devices — pull steps and weight automatically from Oura and Withings, alongside Apple Health and Fitbit/Pixel, under the new Connected Apps screen.

Offline workouts — start, edit, and finish a workout with no connection; it syncs automatically when you're back online.

Plus: the first tab is now Home, tap its tiles to jump to logging, a weight chart on the Home tab, delete progress photos, new black & white accent colors, and polish throughout.
