I have panic attacks and this app has been my immediate go to bring me back down. I love feeling like I’m connecting with God to feel safe while being guided through breathing.

This is really good at helping create a habit around mindfulness grounded in verses that apply to modern day life. Would love to see this work on Apple Watch as well similar to some other mindfulness apps. Maybe even plug into meditation logging in Apple Health.
