### 5/5 — Hidden gem

*2026-01-15*

I was skeptical at first, but this app is miles better than MyFitnessPal for people trying to loose weight. I had a lot of digestive issues taking GLP-1 and this app really helps guide you rather than restricting certain food or strict macros. Overall fantastic app.

### 5/5 — Cool

I found the app helpful to give me reminders and keep me focused on my fitness and nutrition goals!
