## What is Steadsy?

Steadsy helps you follow through on weekly commitments with someone you trust.
Set a realistic goal, check in as you go, and see your progress alongside a friend or partner. Whether you’re exercising, reading or making time for something important, Steadsy keeps the focus on consistency and support.

• Set a commitment from 1 to 7 times per week.
• Define what counts as a session.
• Check in with one tap.
• Invite someone to participate or support you.
• See each person’s progress across the week.
• Send a little encouragement.
• Reschedule your next session or adjust this week’s target when plans change.
• Look back at your recent weekly progress.

No public feed, competitive leaderboard or pressure to maintain a perfect streak. Just realistic commitments, shared progress and room to start again.

Actually stick to it. Together.
