The only offline AI that reads your own library, too. Steadwise pairs a huge homesteading and survival library with an AI that answers from it — and from your own books — always citing its sources. Every part works with no internet, no account, and no subscription. BRING YOUR OWN BOOKS, MANUALS AND VIDEOS Import your own PDFs, documents, and videos — or scan paper with the camera; everything is read, transcribed, and indexed on your phone. Flip on "+ My Library" and the AI searches your files alongside the built-in library, with citations that open your manual on the cited page. No other offline survival app does this. BUILT FOR WHEN NOTHING ELSE WORKS Storms, outages, backcountry, grid-down. After the one-time download, airplane mode is all you need. Nothing you read or ask ever leaves your phone. A REAL LIBRARY, NOT A FEED 50+ domains of curated guides, government field manuals, and historical references: first aid and austere medicine, water purification, food preservation and canning, foraging and mushroom ID, livestock, off-grid power, fire craft, land navigation, and more — every article readable offline, with images, plus a Source Library of hundreds of original manuals you can open page-for-page. AN AI THAT SHOWS ITS SOURCES Ask a question in plain language — "How do I purify cloudy river water?" — and the on-device AI searches everything you have and answers with citations you can tap and verify. Ask follow-ups; conversations stay on your phone. Attach a photo — it's read on-device. It flags numbers that don't match the source and refuses unsafe shortcuts like water-bath canning low-acid vegetables. FAITH, SCRIPTURE AND STUDY A complete offline King James Bible with a daily devotional, reading plans, topical search, and tap-a-verse cross-references — plus a year-long faith-and-homesteading plan. CIVICS AND FOUNDING DOCUMENTS The Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights and key government references — readable and searchable with no signal. A SCHOOL IN YOUR POCKET A full K-12 learning library for homeschooling or grid-down days: subject cards across every grade, open textbooks, and public-domain audiobooks from fairy tales through Shakespeare and Tolstoy — all offline. TALK ACROSS THE LANGUAGE BARRIER An offline English/Spanish translator — type, speak, or scan text with the camera. No signal required. OFFLINE MAPS AND HD IMAGERY Street and terrain maps for the continental US, downloadable once and fully offline — plus HD satellite imagery you can download state by state. GROW AND STORE YOUR OWN FOOD A garden planner with 301 crops for your USDA zone — planting calendars, growth-stage photos, companion planting, and beds with water, feed, and harvest reminders. A pantry tracker adds USDA shelf life, live days-of-supply, and barcode or photo entry. SAVE THE ANSWERS THAT MATTER Keep any finished answer in My Plans — sources, safety flags and all — ready to reread in the field, offline. YOUR READINESS PLAN A short interview (skippable, on-phone) builds a family readiness snapshot: scores by pillar, regional risks, and a starter checklist. HONEST PRICING Everything is unlocked free for 17 days — nothing to cancel, no charge, ever, unless you choose to buy. After the trial the entire library stays readable forever and the AI is metered to 3 questions a day. One one-time purchase unlocks unlimited AI for life, with free updates. Family Sharing is on. No subscription. No ads. No tracking. PRIVACY, ACTUALLY No account. No analytics. No data collection — the App Store privacy label says "Data Not Collected" because there is nothing to collect. Your profile, questions, files, and notes live on your device and nowhere else. Steadwise is made by a veteran-owned small business. Steadwise is a reference and educational tool. None of them gives you this much free content and only locks the AI behind a one time pay and done model. Amazing product. Will recommend to all my friends. Also allowed me to scan and import all my own survival books so now I do t have to keep hard copies. ### 5/5 — All the info all in one place *2026-08-26* This is so awesome! Tons of important information and right at my fingertips. If the internet goes down, I’m not worried because I have all the information already downloaded to my phone. This info is priceless and potentially life saving in some situations. Love that it has AI to help me find stuff quickly.
