## What is Steady Away?

Got something coming up that matters?

A difficult conversation. A performance review. A meeting where you need to speak up. Asking for a raise. Giving tough feedback. A negotiation you can't afford to wing.
Most people walk in hoping for the best. Steady Away helps you walk in ready.

Talk, don't type. Steady Away is a thinking partner that helps you get clear before moments of pressure. Talk through what's on your mind, clarify what you actually want to say, and find the right words before you need them.

How it works:
Open the app before your moment
Talk through what's coming up, out loud, privately
Get sharp, practical perspective that helps you think clearer
Walk in with a clear head and a sense of direction

Built for real moments:
Speaking up in meetings
Asking for a raise or promotion
Difficult feedback conversations
Job interviews and pitches
Performance reviews
Client calls and negotiations
Any moment where you want to show up as your best self

Why voice?
Talking through your thoughts out loud changes how you think. It's not about getting a script. It's about the mental shift that comes from saying it before it counts.
Completely private.
Your conversations stay on your device. Nothing is stored on our servers, saved to the cloud, or used for training. Steady Away is your private thinking space. What you say stays with you.
