## What is Steady?

Five seconds a day. A page your doctor can read.

Steady is a blood pressure diary. Type the numbers, or hold the camera over your monitor and let it read them for you — you check them, then save. Mornings and evenings are kept apart, averages do themselves, and when you next see your doctor there is a clean page to hand over.

FREE, AND ENOUGH ON ITS OWN
• Camera input: hold it over the monitor, check, save
• Reminders so you measure at the same time each day
• Graphs, calendar, morning and evening averages
• Widgets, Siri, CSV export and an app lock
• Backup and transfer to a new phone

STEADY PREMIUM
• Doctor-visit PDF — A clean page with morning and evening averages, your graph and your notes.
• Family profiles — Keep records for more than one person, each on their own.
• Full long-term graphs — Fixed axis, slide back through months, daily highs and lows, moving average.
• Weight, medication and more — Weight, body fat, temperature, SpO2, medication, appointments and steps.
• Full Health app sync — Pulse included, and import the latest data whenever you want.
• iCloud sync — Your records on all your devices, in your own iCloud.

NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE
Everything stays on your device. Steady collects no personal information, shows no ads and never sells or shares your data.

A RECORD, NOT A VERDICT
Steady is a tool for recording your own measurements. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Targets differ a lot from one person to the next, so Steady never suggests one. Enter the value your doctor gave you.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel any time in Settings, in one tap.
