### 5/5 — Simple and effective

*2026-10-06*

No food pictures, water logging, step counting or
streak guilt. I love the mindful breathing tool and the puzzle. They give me a healthy distraction to get through the tough hour when I really want to quit.

### 5/5 — Easy fasting buddy

Extremely easy to set up and navigate, helping keep up with my fast with a check in at the hardest hour!
