Steady does something most mood apps don't: it stays out of the way. No streaks, no guilt trips — just quick check-ins and a panic mode that's genuinely one tap away when things spike. The breathing and grounding tools have gotten me through some rough moments, and I love that the crisis resources are never paywalled. It feels private and calm, like it was built by people who actually get it. Highly recommend.
