あなたの健康管理やダイエットをサポートするシンプルな記録アプリです。毎日の体重、体脂肪率と一緒に、食事、運動、生理、お通じの記録も簡単に行えるので、日々の健康管理が手軽にできます。

体重、体脂肪率、歩数をグラフで表示できます。有料機能では7日間や30日間の移動平均グラフも表示できるので、より平滑化された推移を把握しやすくなります。

食事の記録は写真を撮るだけでもOK。撮影した写真には撮影時刻が表示されるので、手間なく食事内容を記録できます。

■ スタンプとカレンダー機能
その日の気分や運動、生理周期をスタンプで記録することで、体重の変化をカレンダーで視覚的に把握しやすくなります。

■ Appleヘルスケアとの連携でさらに便利に
体重、体脂肪率、歩数をAppleのヘルスケアアプリから自動で読み込み、表示できます。また、体重と体脂肪率はヘルスケアへの書き込みにも対応しているので、データのバックアップも安心です。

■ クラウドバックアップ機能
iCloudにデータを簡単にバックアップし、復元することができます。万が一の際にも安心です。

■ 安心のロック機能
プライバシーを守るためにパスコードロックがかけられます。Touch ID/Face IDにも対応していますe。

毎日指定時間に通知を表示できるので、入力忘れを防ぎます。

生理とお通じの記録がつけられるのがいいなと思いインストールしましたが、食事と体重などの記録箇所しかありません。どこで管理されているんでしょうか？有料版のみ？

いろんなダイエット記録アプリを試しましたが、こちらのステディが1番よかったです。ある程度カロリーをコントロールしたいひとにはこのシンプルさが最高です。またアップデートされて、1日の総カロリーを自動計算できるようになったので、ゆうことなしです。現時点では年間850円の利用料も負担が少ないので有料版で使っています。これからも愛用させていただきます。

なかなか便利そうです。 食事写真を登録しようとすると、撮った時の時刻ではなく、登録した時の時刻になってしまいます。直すことは出来ますか？

**Developer response:** アプリのご利用とご報告ありがとうございます。写真の登録時に、写真のExifデータがなければ作成日かアプリへの登録日が利用されるようになっているのですが、再度確認してみたいと思います。また、登録後も手動で時間を変更出来るような形に修正できないかも検討させて頂きます。

■ 食事記録画面にカロリー入力欄を追加しました。
これまでも食事の分量入力でkcalを入力出来ていたのですが、カロリーを別項目として分離しました。こちらに入力されたカロリーについては、各食事毎や日付毎に集計してホームに表示されます。

■ ホーム画面の各記録のレイアウトを変更しました。
歩数やカロリー表示が見やすくなるようにレイアウトを調整しました。

■ グラフ画面にリロードボタンを追加しました。
日付変更時に上手く切り替わらない場合があるため、その際にはリロードボタンから読み込みを行って頂ければと思います。
