This app provides such a holistic understanding of my overall well-being/training, including sleep quality, fuel intake, and mood. I especially appreciate that it includes a 7-day trailing average, assessing my risk of injury and how much I can safely increase my training week over week. Super comprehensive data!!

I am an endurance coach and this app gives me insight on my athletes that no other app offers. By combining subjective and objective data I can help train my athletes smarter and help prevent injuries. Building workouts is a breeze and the app offers a simple view of the metrics but also very detailed analytics. It’s a great app for both coaches and athletes!
