## What is SteadyStride?

Companion App to easily share notes, steps and activity to obtain daily personalized exercise recommendations by physiotherapists.

Walk Tracker — new
Record your walks with a live map, distance, speed and heart rate. The active session appears on your Lock Screen — as a Live Activity + Dynamic Island on iPhone 14 Pro and newer, or a Lock Screen notification on older iPhones.

Long-walk support 
Sessions run up to 8 hours and automatically continue in seamless blocks after that — suitable for all-day tracking.

Walk history
Every completed walk is saved on your device. Open the Distance card's advanced view to review your last 20 walks with route maps and full stats.

Units + display
New Kilometres / Miles setting in Settings. Session summary now shows speed in km/h (or mph) as the primary reading — more intuitive than min/km pace for walkers.

Other improvements
Weekly exercise counter refined to reflect programme-prescribed items only. Sleep drill can refresh from Apple Health on demand. French
translations expanded. Various UX polish and stability fixes.
