### 2/5 — 😡

*2026-10-19, version 5.0.4*

Since the apps new design was implemented. I was forced logged out my account , made to make a whole new account, and lost my points I had been savings. The app also bugs out when trying to scan or manually receipts, so more points lost.

### 1/5 — How to be last Priority

*2026-10-19, version 5.0.4*

If you want your food to take 10x longer than it should use this app. If you don’t like waiting 25-30 minutes for your order I suggest you just go through the drive thru so you actually get your food in a timely manner. I waited so long for my food I’m not even hungry anymore!

### 3/5 — Need an option added

*2026-10-18, version 5.0.4*

Since you have to order through a kiosk now, why not add the option to eat in to the app? That would be fantastic.

### 1/5 — Login with Apple gone

*2026-10-17, version 5.0.4*

I used the login with Apple option to create my account. This garbage company removed it and I guess I lost my rewards. Easy solution for me is to skip them. I’m done.

### 1/5 — Receipt scanner for rewards doesn’t work. if you don’t scan before you order, you can’t get points

*2026-10-17, version 5.0.4*

Needs to be fixed

### 1/5 — Broken

*2026-10-15, version 5.0.4*

New version doesn't let you log in. Tries to make you a new account.

### 1/5 — App broken

*2026-10-15, version 5.0.4*

App has been broken since last major update. Tried twice now to redeem my rewards in store and employees can’t get it to work. And when I try to go back and scan my receipt to earn rewards barcode scanner scans way too quick and can’t scan properly. Manually typing doesn’t work either

### 1/5 — Ts does not work

*2026-10-15, version 5.0.4*

It doesn’t let you sign in or even see the menu genuinely useless

### 1/5 — Congratulations

*2026-10-14, version 5.0.4*

You made an app so unusable I'm stopping going to one of my favorite restaurants. I am livid that the log in with apple option is gone, my account with my rewards and previous order history is either inaccessible or has disappeared, and the option to remove cheese being gone was the final straw.

### 1/5 — Apple ID Login Gone

*2026-10-12, version 5.0.4*

Since they decided to remove third-party single-sign-on options, I’m unable to access my account, as I made it using Apple ID. Steak n Shake has been losing my business 2-3 nights a week, as it was my go to, being by my work. I’d rather not patronize than to make another account, as it would not be fair for me to lose my point simply because they decided to remove this means of logging in without warning. I’ve contacted support and no one has reached out to assist. This is very disappointing.
