لقد قمت بالطلب علي التطبيق وسحب المبلغ من البطاقه الائتمانيه. لكن التطبيق لا يوضح اذا تم قبول الطلب ام لا ولا يوضح الحاله الطلب.
خدمه العملاء لا يردون. الحمد لله ان الطلب كان بمبلغ بسيط ما اتخيل شركه بحجم steakhouse تطور تطبيق سيئ بهذا الشكل

App is completely useless, made the order at 6:15 and after an hour there were no updates so I contacted the Resturant and they said they would deliver it if I made the order through the phone and the waiter there will deliver it. It arrived at 8:15, with no apology or excuse. 

2 hours to deliver a meal that was cold as hell. Ur better off using dependable apps and restaurants that actually hold driver and restaurants accountable for mistakes.

I live in the western side of Riyadh and unfortunately their services aren’t covered in my area! 
I think you should cover all of Riyadh’s neighborhoods :)

Hi
Very exiting new you guys made a delivery app but here are my comments:
- app screen too sensitive to the touch that it ends up entering categories I didn’t click
- no option for deleting from the menu if I changed my mind about an item
